Soul Jah Love court trial continues

The trial of Soul Jah Love, who’s accused of violating the Civil Aviation laws, continued yesterday with the second witness testifying in courtroom.

The second State witness solely recognized as Mathuthu, a safety officer for the Civil Aviation Authority of Zimbabwe, mentioned the accused did not adjust to the safety procedures.

Born Saul Musaka, the chanter is alleged to have insisted on passing together with his ball by means of the safety checkpoint uttering statements that threatened the protection of passengers.

“After I arrived on the X-rays the place we display passengers, my supervisor, Mrs Mbodza was advising the accused to deflate his ball however he appeared to not perceive what was being defined to him.

“As we usually do when a passenger fails to grasp an instruction, I intervened and tried to clarify to the accused why he needed to deflate his ball to which he nonetheless did not comply,” mentioned Mathuthu.

Mathuthu advised the courtroom that the accused refused to deflate his ball and proceeded to the boarding gates the place he was denied entrance.
